  • Hang Kabo: A traditional Manggarai specialty with Fried fish with sambal terasi and chicken with green chili sambal terasi go well with steamed rice and corn.
  • Madura Crispy Duck: A taste explosion in every bite, this crispy fried duck is accentuated with Madura’s distinctive black spice.
  • Watermelon Fetta Cheese Salad: A light honey orange dressing drizzles over a delightful salad of red watermelon, cucumber, avocado, orange, feta cheese, and lettuce.
  • Moringga Buckwheat Noodles: These tender and tasty soba noodles are served with nori, tofu, and chicken dumplings in a soy broth.

Beverage of the Month
